RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver personalized insurance and financial service solutions to clients, aligning with their goals and circumstances
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and risk evaluations to recommend appropriate products and strategies
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients through attentive, transparent communication
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery in a family-oriented work environment
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide knowledgeable guidance
- Support the agency’s mission to be a comprehensive, one-stop resource for insurance and financial services
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years of experience in insurance and financial services.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Licenses in Life/Health Insurance and FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
