What You’ll Do
As an Insurance & Financial Services Representative, you’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions. You will:
- Deliver personalized insurance and financial service solutions based on each customer’s goals and circumstances
- Conduct needs assessments and risk evaluations to identify appropriate products and strategies
- Build lasting customer relationships through responsive, transparent, and thoughtful communication
- Identify opportunities to help customers protect their families, assets, and financial futures
- Collaborate with a supportive team to provide a seamless customer experience
- Stay informed about insurance products, industry trends, and applicable regulations
- Help advance our goal of becoming each customer’s one-stop resource for insurance and financial services
What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in candidates who are personable, motivated, dependable, and comfortable having conversations that lead to solutions.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities
- Sales-minded, goal-oriented approach
- Property & Casualty license, or the ability to obtain one
- Life & Health license, or the ability to obtain one
- A collaborative attitude and desire to contribute to a positive, family-oriented workplace

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
